Crafted from 6063-T5/6061-T6 aluminum, these profiles feature high thermal conductivity, customizable extrusions, and surface treatments, ideal for electronics, LED lighting, and industrial machinery.

Thermal Performance Optimization

Fin Geometry: Variable fin thickness (0.8-3mm) and spacing (2-8mm) designed via CFD simulations, increasing surface area by 40% compared to generic extrusions (thermal resistance reduction ≥20%).

Alloy Selection:

6063-T5 (thermal conductivity 180 W/mK): Balances formability and heat transfer for moderate-power devices (≤100W).

Precision Extrusion Technology
