The extrusions are waited for to cool to room temperature and once they have reached room temperature they need to be stretched. The profiles are moved to the stretchers and stretched aligned.


If the profile has developed some natural distortion, this needs to be corrected and finally the profile is moved to the finishing saw and cut to length. To achieve these aims, the profiles are placed in an oven to speed up their aging process!


The next important part of the process is the thermal treatment of the heat, which improves the mechanical properties.
